Ducati have unveiled their very different looking 2019 MotoGP machine at sponsor Phillip Morris International’s Swiss base, The new bikes hark back to the Ducatis of ten years ago, with more red replacing the white and grey that has become a feature of the bike in recent seasons.
And speaking at the launch, Ducati technical boss Gigi Dall’Igna says that while the colours are new, there’s significant changes under the skin too. Finding more horsepower and continuously working on aerodynamics, the bike will make it’s debut in the hands of Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci early next month at the first official pre-season test of the year in Sepang.
