The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 is expected to be launched in India very soon and now the brochure of the motorcycle has been leaked, revealing technical details.

One of the biggest mysteries around the upcoming Dominar 400 was whether it gets a power boost. Well, it does! The 373cc, single-cylinder motor has been retuned to pump out 39.3bhp; an additional 4.8bhp over the previous-gen. It continues to come mated to a six-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.

The 2019 Dominar gets updates such as upside down forks. At the rear, the bike continues with a gas-charged monoshock. The bike will use a 320mm disc at front, with a Monobloc caliper and a 230mm disc at the rear. A dual-channel ABS unit as standard. the most noticeable change is the stubby double-barrel exhaust . Bajaj has also reconfigured the auxiliary console on the tank to display the time, gear position, trip and odometer. these updates have led to a slight increase in weight of the new gen bike about 2.5kg over the outgoing model. We can also expect the manufacturer to increase the price of the Dominar 400 by Rs 10,000-Rs 15,000 owing to these changes.
